According to a Bellevue University Consumer Study, “One in three Americans said income loss and increased amounts of personal debt are causing the most strain on their lives.” Further research states that 65% of Americans are, “stressed to their limits.”
We all have varying degrees of limits in our lives. Some handle certain stressful situations differently than others. What pushes you to your limit may be completely different than what pushes someone else to their breaking point.
Here’s the bottom line: Each day, life is moving hourly, by each minute, and at every second. It is moving with or without you.
I would like you to consider taking a personal inventory of where you are today with yourself.
Too many times, we spend our energies on things, people, and circumstances that are not the center of “The Happy” within us. Ask yourself:
*What do I look forward to doing daily?
*What could I do for free if I had the opportunity?
*What makes me feel such a beam of light inside of me that it exudes on the outside in my actions, my countenance, and in my spirit?
My purpose is to provide solutions that eliminate the frustrations out of everyday life. Many of my clients have taken this inventory (along with other steps) seriously and have decided that now is the time to consider their lives to be important enough to value the idea of an optimum life.
Do You value the idea of an optimum life? Wanna talk about getting there? Great. That is an amazing first step to finding “The Happy.”
If you would like to know more about how I can work with you in finding an optimum life, call or make an appointment.
